WELCOME TO THE OVEN
Welcome to The Oven! We are a restaurant in Arvika with the motto: authentic Neapolitan pizza at great prices. Our hope is that The Oven becomes a natural stop on your way home from work every day. You’ll find us at Kyrkogatan 20.
IN THE OVEN
According to rules created by the association Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletano, a true Neapolitan pizza must be round with a diameter of 30-35 centimeters, have high edges and be soft and elastic.
The dough consisting of wheat flour, yeast, salt and water must rise in different batches and then be shaped flat and round by hand, without the aid of a rolling pin or mechanical presses.
The pizza must be cooked in a wood-fired oven.
